Important Notes

1) Please provide the design in the highest resolution possible, preferably in a vector format such as EPS, AI (Adobe Illustrator) or SVG, Corel

2) If your design does not meet our high-definition standards, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

3) If your design requires additional work due to its complexity, this may result in an increased cost.

4) If you experience difficulties uploading your image due to file size or format restrictions, you can send it to us via email at info.au@tenstickers.com.

5) Convert word documents (.doc) to pdf format

6) The measurements will be calculated in proportion to the entire design you upload, so be careful if your image has white margins around it. We strongly recommend you get rid of these margins. When preparing your blind, we will base the height on the width you have specified to make it proportional.

7) The width corresponds to the total width of the roller blind, including the supports. The fabric will be 4 cm less than the total width of the roller blind and the chosen measurements (-2 cm on each side).

8) Types of fabric:
Translucent fabric: This fabric allows light to pass through without seeing what is on the other side of the blind.
Screen fabric: This fabric has an opening of approximately 1% which, in addition to letting light through, allows you to see what is behind the blind.
Opaque fabric: This fabric does not allow light to pass through.

9) If you decide not to proceed with your custom blind, and it hasn't been manufactured, we will refund your money quickly and efficiently. Contact us.
