Technically, a personalized wall mural is a large-format wall covering created using high-resolution digital printing on a professional substrate. Unlike standard wallpaper, it consists of panels with different patterns that, when precisely joined together, reproduce a single custom image designed to cover the entire surface of your wall.
2. What material are personalized wall murals made of?
We use a high-end non-woven fabric (TNT) with a specific weight of 180 g/m². This superior density ensures excellent coverage of wall imperfections, exceptional tear resistance, and stability that prevents the material from deforming over time.
3. How do I apply a personalized wall mural?
Application is intuitive: simply apply the glue directly to the wall and attach the panels, removing any air bubbles with a spatula, moving from the center outward. To make the job easier, you can conveniently purchase all the necessary accessories and the mounting kit on the Tenstickers website along with your order.
4. How do I clean personalized wall murals?
Thanks to the robustness of our 180 g/m² material, maintenance is very quick. You can clean the surface of the mural by gently wiping it with a damp cloth and a bit of neutral soap, thus preserving the vibrancy of the colors and the hygiene of your room.
5. Which glue should I use for personalized wall murals?
It is essential to use a glue specifically designed for non-woven fabric (TNT) wallpaper. We recommend adding our selected glue to your cart during purchase; this ensures you are using a product tested to adhere perfectly to our materials.
6. What format and dimensions should my image be?
We accept files in JPG and PNG formats, or vector files such as SVG and AI. The image will be scaled according to the wall measurements you enter in the configurator, allowing you to crop and customize the printing area exactly as you wish.
7. How can I verify if my image has good quality?
Our website does not perform an immediate automatic check, but the added value of Tenstickers is the human touch. After you place your order, our designers will manually analyze your file. If the resolution is not sufficient for the requested dimensions, they will contact you personally to request a better photo or offer technical support.
8. What are the production and shipping times?
We work quickly so you can enjoy your mural as soon as possible. Generally, production takes 2 to 3 business days from order confirmation. Once produced, delivery time is between 5 and 7 days. We will always keep you updated with a tracking number. If you wish to speed up the process, you can select the "Priority Production Service" in the cart, which reduces production time to 24 business hours. For orders shipped outside of Europe, shipping times are approximately 14 business days.
9. What is the finish of our personalized wall murals?
All Tenstickers wall murals feature a refined matte finish. This technical choice eliminates reflections from natural or artificial light, ensuring a perfect view of the design from every angle and giving your rooms an elegant, modern look.
10. How will I receive my personalized wall mural?
You will receive your wall mural divided into 50 cm wide rolls to facilitate application. If the total requested measurement is not an exact multiple, the last roll will be cut to size to cover the remaining centimeters: for example, for a width of 220 cm, you will receive four 50 cm rolls and a final 20 cm roll. By placing them in sequence, you will achieve the complete image perfectly adapted to the dimensions of your wall.
