You will receive your sticker carefully rolled inside a protective cardboard tube. The tube has a white cap secured with staples, which you should remove before taking out the sticker.
Stickers that are A4 size or smaller are shipped in padded envelopes with bubble wrap for protection.
Stickers with cut-out designs or separate parts will be shipped with transfer paper to make application easier. One-piece stickers or those with simple shapes will not include transfer paper, as they can be easily applied without it.

You’ll need: A spatula or similar tool (credit card, ID card) and a clean cloth.
What’s included: The sticker and accessories in protective packaging, plus a free sample sticker so you can test adhesion and application. If you’re not applying it immediately, store the sticker flat.
Surface preparation: The surface must be dry, clean (free from dust, liquids or stains), smooth, and non-porous. Plastic paint is recommended for walls. Wait 4–6 weeks if the wall was recently painted. Clean with water or alcohol - never with glass cleaner. Chalkboard stickers require an absolutely smooth surface. Unroll and press the sticker upon arrival.
Application steps (Opaque surfaces):
Unroll the sticker and check it’s complete.
Firmly press the transfer paper onto the sticker (especially on small details).
Measure and position it on the wall.
Fold back about 5 cm of the top backing paper.
Fix the top part of the sticker to the wall.
Remove the backing paper and apply the sticker using the squeegee, working from the center outward.
Rub over the transfer paper again to ensure good adhesion.
Remove the transfer paper slowly at a 180° angle. (Some stickers don’t include transfer paper.)
Application on glass (with water and soap):
Spray the glass with a mix of water and mild soap (not glass cleaner).
Wipe to remove any dust or residue.
Spray again with the mixture.
Apply the sticker (it will be movable at this stage) and use the squeegee to remove excess liquid.
Let it dry for 12–24 hours. If transfer paper is included, remove it after drying.

What surfaces can I apply stickers and decals to?
Our vinyl sticks to almost any smooth, clean, dry surface. As well as walls and tiles, you can apply our decals to glass, windows, mirrors, doors, furniture, laptops, fridges, cars, motorbikes and campervans. They are less suited to heavily textured walls, brick or freshly painted surfaces, so always clean the area first.
Do stickers and decals damage surfaces or paint when removed?
No. Our decals use a residue-free adhesive designed to peel away cleanly without marks or damage on a sound, fully cured surface. On freshly painted walls, wait two to three weeks before applying. On delicate finishes, remove slowly and gently to keep the surface underneath intact.
Are stickers and decals removable and repositionable?
Yes. Our stickers are removable and lift away without residue. During application many designs can be gently repositioned before you smooth them down fully. Once firmly pressed and bonded they are best treated as permanent, since repeated removal and reapplication gradually reduces the strength of the adhesive.
How long do stickers and decals last?
Our stickers and decals have a lifespan of up to 15 years. Made from durable PVC vinyl, they resist fading, cracking and peeling. Actual lifespan depends on surface and conditions: decals in stable indoor spaces last longest, while constant heat, moisture or direct sunlight outdoors can shorten it.
Are your stickers and decals waterproof and suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Our PVC vinyl is waterproof, so our decals suit humid rooms like bathrooms and kitchens, plus outdoor surfaces such as cars, motorbikes and campervans. For outdoor use, apply to a clean, dry surface in mild conditions and avoid washing or harsh weather for the first 48 hours while the adhesive cures.
Can I order personalised or custom stickers?

How do I apply a sticker without bubbles?
Clean and dry the surface first, then position the decal and lightly tack one edge in place. Smooth it down from the centre outwards with a spatula (included) to push out trapped air, then slowly peel back the transfer film. A step-by-step guide comes with every order.
How do I remove a sticker or decal?
Removal is simple. Warm the sticker gently with a hairdryer to soften the adhesive, then peel it back slowly from one corner, taking extra time on older decals. If any residue remains, lift it with warm soapy water or a mild adhesive remover, then wipe the surface clean.
